Just purchased data feed, restarted platform, and the data for futures is still delayed. And, I have it set to use Sierra Services All Data. Any assistance would be awesome. Thanks Ken |

You have not setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed yet. It looks like you tried to do so, but you did not have enough funds in your account to pay for the data feed, therefore it was not activated. This is why you are only getting the Delayed Data. Additionally, the exchange agreements were not filled in properly, therefore they were rejected. In order to not be tagged as a professional by the CME Group, you need to have a funded trading account. When you are filling in the Uniform Subscriber Agreement you need to enter your Trading Firm and Account Number for that account. If you do not have an account, then we recommend using the following service: Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement If you want to pay the higher priced professional fees, then you would leave the aforementioned fields blank and be sure to select the No button in the CME Non-Professional Certification document. Once the agreements are complete, you can then continue with the rest of the Denali Exchange Data Feed setup starting here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DenaliExchangeDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions_ActivateService For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
