Dear Sirs,
I'm in trouble. It has the following issues:

I can't close the orders that are open so far;

It appears on the screen, as if it were a real account, but be in activated simulator mode. Even a fact that I confirmed by phone with the broker AMP GLOBAL;

We are not clearly understanding this. Contact your broker to cancel orders and close Positions.
