FXCM Trades not Working

I was trading last week on FXCM (Dax) but this week it won't trade on any market, I get this message: FXCM Live Trading (Standard) - DTC order update (Order reject). Info: FXCM order update (Rejected). Text: 19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception ORA-20001: Account is not in pool. Skip request for acct null. Text: Tag: SimpleBracket.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 110. Service Order ID: 38316. Symbol: GER30. Account: 7510150424 | 2020-08-19 07:11:39.252 * I've been with FXCM technical support twice and they are saying it's a Sierra Chart issue. Can you resolve please. |

Yes that is the correct server. Based upon what we see, the account is properly assigned to the FIX connection. Reconnect to the data feed and try submitting the order: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers If there still is an issue we will ask FXCM.
