Hi team,

Happy with the charts and possibilities of Sierra Chart, but can't seem to find the 'right' way to select my needs on the service activation page. If possible I would like to have:

1. Realtime data for CME E-mini (For users without a trading account) and more specific: ES CME (S&P 500 mini futures);
2. I would like to have DOM/VolumeProfile for ES CME (S&P 500 mini futures)

Thanks in advance for the support.

Kind regards,
Jordy

1. In order to get the CME Data, you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the information here, and note the Setup Instructions on this page:

2. Refer to the information here for the Volume by Price study:

Hi team,

Thanks for the respons. So I need the Denali Exchange Data Feed. But as stated in my question I want it 'For users without a trading account'. I therefore can't finish the 'Uniform Market Data Subscriber Agreement'. What are my options?

Thanks,
Jordy

You just need to fill out the Uniform Market Data Agreement and go ahead and leave the questions relating to your broker blank. Then in the CME Non-Professional Certification, you need to select the No button, so that you are stating you are a Professional.

When these are filled out together in this manner, you will be setup as a Professional in our system and you will be able to select the exchange that you want.

We do want you to also be aware of the following option to have a trading account and be considered a Non-Professional:

Thanks, just did as requested.

Is it true that I need to have both:

Denali Exchange 20$

AND

the service I want (CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account) 62$?

Thanks,
Jordy

Hi team,

Since I activated the services, and logged into the SierraChart application, my DOM seems to work, but my chart with the 'TPO Profile Chart' study doesn't work anymore. I've selected the right Symbol (ESU20).

Thanks for the help.

Regards,
Jordy

Yes in regards to post #5.

For TPO profile charts you need the Advanced service package. Follow the instructions below.

To change your Sierra Chart Service Package, select "Help >> Account Control Panel" on the Sierra Chart program menu. On the displayed webpage, click on the "Set Service Package for Renewal" link.

Or go to this page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation

You will need to login if you are not currently logged in.

In the "Available Services >> Choose Usage Time Service Package" frame, select the Service Package that you want to set your account to. Press the "Set" button.

The remaining service usage time on your account will be adjusted based upon the cost of the package you are changing to. If the new package is a higher-priced package, then the usage time will be reduced due to the higher price.

There is no charge for changing your Sierra Chart service package. Only your Sierra Chart account usage time ending date is adjusted.
