I use IB for my data feed. Recently when I log on to SC I get message that IB version 9392 or higher must be used; this is confusing, as current latest version is 943.1e on Jan 27 2014 - completely different ?? Please advise. SC appears to get time stamping from the computer clock; is it possible to use clock/time from the IB data feed instead; this is always more accurate for market opening trades etc. Please advise. 9392 is equivalent to 939.2, so the version of TWS you have is newer. No it is not possible to use the clock/time from Interactive Brokers. There are issues with this.
