I use IB for my data feed. Recently when I log on to SC I get message that IB version 9392 or higher must be used; this is confusing, as current latest version is 943.1e on Jan 27 2014 - completely different ?? Please advise. SC appears to get time stamping from the computer clock; is it possible to use clock/time from the IB data feed instead; this is always more accurate for market opening trades etc. Please advise. Thank you |

9392 is equivalent to 939.2, so the version of TWS you have is newer. No it is not possible to use the clock/time from Interactive Brokers. There are issues with this. And that time TWS does provide is actually the local computer time. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
