The only way to have separate Chartbooks is to use multiple instances of Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here: File Menu: New Instance (File) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Be aware of support policy: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=PostingInformation.php#GeneralInformation For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, *change* to the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

We see you have enabled the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed for the U.S. Equities, so you should be good there. With regards to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you do not have enough funds in your account to enable the data feed and exchange. You will need a total of $28.25 in your account to activate these. You can add funds here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit Once the funds have been added, you can re-enable the Denali Exchange Data Feed by going to this page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
