Stochastic Crossover System bug: Up/Down arrows not reliably displayed on range chart.

The Stochastic Crossover system study is not reliable on a range chart. It does not display an up or down arrow every time the slow and fast lines cross, even when there is a pronounced difference in the slope of the two lines.
There is no problem on time based charts.

See attached range chart and note the green rectangles showing the crossovers where there are no arrows displayed on the main panel.

Both studies are using 10,3,3 for the settings.

If the setting "use buy/sell lines" = NO, then all up/down arrows appear on the price panel.
