Hello,

The Depth of Market for LMAX continually overlaps with the bid and the ask going over each other making it nonsensical.

This problem should be resolved now, and we will do updates over the weekend to prevent it from happening again.

Hello. I am still seeing this issue today on a number of pairs. Seems to be on the sub instances. Is there something I can do to get the update for this?

There are also significant differences in the DOM figures between the pairs and instances. In this example I have put GBPJPY identical charts on two different instances and taken snapshots side by side. As you can see in Instance 3 you are getting what looks like the correct depth, but in Instance 2 there are many missing levels. I have a number of examples like this.

In the particular instance of Sierra Chart you see this issue with, go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings. Select the symbol in the list and then tell us what the Price Display Format is set to.

And do you notice the same problem in the main instance the particular sub instance is connected to?

The Price Display format in the instance I am having issues with is set to 0.001.

There is not the issue in the main instance, nor other instances.

We have been unable to reproduce this problem but we will monitor for it in a sub instance.

We do think it is going to be challenging to reproduce and to determine what the problem is (like finding a needle in a haystack). So please allow us time to look into this.

There really should not be a problem like this.

We only have come up with one possible theory of why this might happen.

When you notice this, reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

and let us know if you see the problem again during the remaining duration of the connection. You should not.

Getting the answer will help us better understand why the problem might be happening.
