Flattening positions issue

Hello- When i am day trading and hit flatten, it does not close me out of the position. Instead it cancels my ATM stop/target orders get cancelled and an error message pops up on the screen. I then have to close the error message and hit flatten again to get out of the position. How can this be resolved? |
