Connection Error - trade account not assigned

Hi I thought I was good to go but now when I log in the pop up says Trading Ac not assigned.
If I have set to SC Data all services I get updating charts but SIM only.
-but if set to Order Routing where I thought it should be I do not get a server connection.
Please advise.
