Unable to see realtime $VIX intraday data? What am I missing here. Can someone pls help me.

In order to get the $VIX in real time you would need to subscribe to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and enable the CBOE Indices exchange. To clarify...I use AMP futures as my broker and orders are done through CQG. I have package 5 through Amp which I pay extra and all billing are done by Amp futures. They are the one who bills me. Do amp futures has the control or I can do it directly with my account on Sierra as you recommended? |

AMP is not setup to bill you for the use of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Therefore, you would need to setup that data feed and exchange and pay for it directly to Sierra Chart. You can continue to use your existing account, but you would have to remember to make a monthly payment to Sierra Chart to cover the cost of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.
