Hi, I'm trying to get data for the Mexican Peso futures (symbol: MXP-201403-GLOBEX, using Interactive Brokers), but when I look at it, it shows me the data for Canadian dollar futures. Could you setup mapping for the MXP futures please? Thank you. |

For IB, the symbol mapping for the Mexican peso is definitely correct. If you are actually experiencing a problem like this, something must have gone wrong with the symbol settings. There was one older release, where there may have been some improper handling of symbol settings. Please do the following: Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. Perform a Full Reset of the symbol settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
