Hello, I was Trading today and for the first time went from Demo to Live and When i would put a Limit Buy Order in the software automatically put me in and then said i was up 2.00 pts off the bat. Not sure why but this happened multiple times. Then i was in a trade on a Market Buy Order waiting for either a Sell Stop take profit or my Stop Limit to be hit then all of a sudden i was out of the trade and went from a DPL of 1.25 to -0.25 for no reason, market had not moved up or down. This was all on the ES Not sure what is happening but i would like to know and see if we can fix it and would also like to know if this truly was live and if i am down -0.25 Pts Please reach out ASAP Thank you |

It sounds like there may be a problem with the order prices. Make sure they are correct. Look at them in the Trade Activity Log: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Maybe there is an incorrect Price Multiplier setting. Also check to make sure you're not using a Delayed Data Feed.
