Hi, I am using sierra charts through my broker (Transact). I have not been able to set up my market dept (it only works in a renge of 2-3 ticks, not for the entire ladder), I already read and applied what is in the "market depth historical graph" document. My question is, if I get the charts directly from you would this problem be solved?

It is not about where you get Sierra Chart from, it is about the data feed. First, make sure that you are getting the full market depth data from TransAct by asking them about it.
