Hello Support,

Any reason why I don't have access to footprint/tpo etc and get a message saying "current service does not support this function" when I see nothing wrong with my SC access/package?

If you are still having a problem with this, then the first thing we want you to do is to follow these instructions to force your local system to get updated information from our servers:
