I was with SC data feed, now migrated to Denali. Trying to get prices for ES options.... clicking on Find Symbol, CME ES futures, and the the button Get options does nothing...it just gets stuck there. Please advise |

You are not using the Denali Exchange Data Feed which provides futures options symbols and data. We will need to change you over. We will do that.

What we have done is deactivated the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed on your account so it does not renew in August. Anytime at the beginning of August UTC time, activate the Denali data feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ServicesActivation#DenaliExchangeDataFeed First thing you should do now is complete the agreements if not already. Can you please explain? I am confused. I used to have (still have, I believe) SC real time data feed, and trade via IB trading service. Now I am forced to migrate from SC Data feed to Denali, but want to continue to trade via IB... can you please clarify? 1) SC is forcing me to change to Denali, correct? The SC real time data feed that i have been using will cease or can continue to use it, and not migrate to Denali? 2) In the page to activate Denali, there is a point 2. and a point 3.. The point 2. has two options: i) for Sc routing orders, ii) for all services... what should I select if I want to continue to use IB as my trading service? |

There is nothing you need to be concerned with. You are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed and it is properly set up. You are all set.
