Trading Micro E-mini Futures Through Interactive Brokers Using Sierra Chart

I have followed all the steps in integrating Interactive Brokers with Sierra Chart, took the step of Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service, and managed to call up the charts for MES, MNQ, and MYM. However when I tried to put in orders, Interactive Brokers rejects the orders with the message "Commodity Segment does not exist". Please advise. Thanks! |

As long as the symbol you are trading matches the symbol listed in File >> Find Symbol >> Futures, then we really do not know about this. You need to ask Interactive Brokers.
