When loading 1-Minute or 5-Minute candlestickcharts a lot of candles do not disapear in the window. In this case I use the interactive scale move. How can it be done automatically when loading the charts? Thanks, Matthias |

When using 'scale range automatic' it is not possible to change height of the candles or change scale by mouseclicking and moving mouse. In former versions it was possible: Loading chart in the middle of the window with all candles and then change height and scale by mousclick. Do you have another idea? Thanks, Matthias |

I selected 'Interactive Scale Range‘ and 'scale Range: Automatic‘ Then i clicked and draged my mouse at the right side of the chart to compress and expand the scale but there was no reaction. Nothing happened, no compression, no expanding. Is that a bug? SC Version is 1076 Thanks, Matthias |

No. There should not be a problem with this. So you clicked and dragged on the scale of numbers at the right side of the chart? Without knowing how that chart is configured, we recommend opening a new one with File >> Find Symbol and then try adjusting the scale again. You should have absolutely no trouble with Interactive Scaling on existing charts. When you open a new chart can you change the scale?

"When you open a new chart can you change the scale?" => Yes, in this case it works. But this is not my problem, my problems are existing charts. "You should have absolutely no trouble with Interactive Scaling on existing charts." => Sure, I have problems with all my existing old charts. The scale-function doesnt work. Matthias |

Disable Chart >> Logarithmic Scale on those charts. Interactive Scaling is not possible with logarithmic scaling.

I used SC since 2011 and with this new Version 1076 it runs different, I dont understand that. I want to load a chart automatically in the middle of the window with all candles and I want to be able to change scale at the right and using logarithmic Scale type. So this is not possible? Matthias |

You cannot use Interactive Scaling with Logarithmic scaling. It does not always work reliably and it is disabled. I want to load a chart automatically in the middle of the window with all candles
We are not sure what is meant by this. It sounds like you might be missing data in the chart.
