Hi, Today(23th July) I was experiencing severe delay and freezing on the sierra chart dom for the ES futures, I use the sierra charts provided datafeed by TT fix. Can you please help and let me know what happened today? I've checked and it was not my internet. Thanks |

We are not seeing any issues currently. Let us know if you are still having issues at the moment. Additionally, please attach your Message Log so we can see if there was anything showing in there that might explain a problem getting the data. Apologies John, it seems like it was in fact my internet. I initially did a test by using other apps and viewing the speed, it seemed okay. Afterward it did get worse and I can relay this back to internet issues. Thanks |

No this is not true. Sierra Chart does not support any TT data feed.
