As of now, July 22 10.00 AM (CET) I have no real time data for Eurex or US futures. Disconnecting and re-connecting downloads past data but no data in real time. I will send you the Message log. You should be receiving the real-time data now but it is imperative that you update to the latest prerelease 2140. Since the patch we put in is only temporary and will be removed at the close of the day. I have no real time data either, it's been like this since the trial started. Have upgraded to 2140 and nothing changed.

What markets do you need data for or want to trade? For example, what particular futures, Forex or stock symbols. You can also give us the exchanges that the particular symbol or symbols trade on.
