No "menu" at the top of my DOM

I have 2 DOMs. One has a "menu" at the top --- (A in image - the part that is circled in purple). I want to be able to see that on my other DOM (B in image).

The 'B' DOM is not a detached chart. To detach it: Focus the 'B' DOM, from the main menu go to Chart >> Detach/Attach Chart Window. |

Yes that is correct. We did not notice that at first. The chart on the right is attached to the main Sierra Chart window. This is why it has no direct menu of its own.
