Negative Services Balances Upcoming Change Effective July 25, 2020

Effective July 25, 2020 any Sierra Chart account with a negative service balance of more than -20 USD, as the result of order fill fees when using the Sierra Chart order routing service, will have Sierra Chart features deactivated until payment. We will be putting out a system notification message about this. There are too many users with negative balances. These fees are not pulled from AMP Futures? Everything else is correct?

I have the same question like post #2. I have a futures account through AMP. This message regarding negative balance pops up when I open the SC platform. Though, AMP futures bills me for the order routing service and the advanced service package monthly. How do I resolve this?
