Did you update to a recent release and then go back to an older release, and now are getting this message? I have also same issue already twice. I will make new chartbooks and hope that this issue don't reapeat. 2 hours ago worked but just now open SC got same message " The Chartbook file reuires a newer version ... or is not valid Chartbook " |

We do not know why you would have this problem as long as you are not going back to an older version of Sierra Chart. But even in that case it would have to be a significantly older version.
