Forex feed for Amp clients

Hello, I am a direct Amp client and have just started using Sierrachart. I believe I am a Service package 3 user. Connected no problem but have only been able to download historical data from the Forex feed. I cannot get the forex charts/feed to go live. Some tips from the forums have not resolved. Do Amp referrals get the live Forex feed? Thanks. |
