How do I setup links to charts in Chartbook? I have a Chartbook with 4 charts, I want to select a chart and then click on a symbol in Quoteboard and have the symbol populate the selected chart. Then do the same thing for another chart
in same Chartbook but picking a different symbol and have that symbol populate only that chart. etc.... So when I select a chart its the only chart that gets the new symbol from Quoteboard. Wash.rinse.repeat.

Functionality exactly like this is not supported. The closest that is available is this:

Possible to add discrete per-symbol chart-linking to QuoteBoard, as contemplated above in post #1?

Thanks.

P.S. I'm aware that this may be a billable request to get this QuoteBoard update done.

That seems like such a basic functionality, to be able to select a chart and then populate with a symbol from Quoteboard, and then do the same thing with another chart. Isn't the code mechanics similar to charts and the drawing toolbar.
You select a chart then pick a drawing object and then draw on the chart. Select your next chart and do the same thing.

So currently the Quoteboard is linked to 1 chart and if you want different symbols in other charts you have to bring up "Chart Settings" and go to "Symbol" on the "Main Settings" tab and change it manually? Or is there another way?

Surprised SC Engineering hasn't added this yet.

Would make life so much easier to right click on the symbol and set a chart number (e.g. #1) to go to automatically in a Chartbook when the symbol is clicked on (assuming that the Chart Number matches the selected symbol).

Thoughts?
