Hi I would like to get real time s&p futures info on my sierra charts. I activated a couple of services to get this data, but do not still see the real time. Can you please help me with this? Thanks, Harsha |

1) what broker did you connect to sierra chart? (you must disconnect and then reconnect 1st day of the month so SC knows you have an active futures account at a supported broker) 2) are you paying for the SC Data feed? 3) if yes to #2, which exchanges data package did you choose? |

We assume you mean the E-mini S&P 500 Futures offered by the CME Group. The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
