MES Chart Time Starts At 15 Min Mark

Hi Why does my MES 30 min chart not finish the candle that starts at EST 8:00 am but instead puts in a 15 min candle and then starts the subsequent 30 min candles at the 15 min mark? This continues until EST 1:15 am which it then puts in a 15 min candle and starts the subsequent 30 min candles at EST 1:30 am. This process repeats at EST 8:00 am (screen shot attached).
