Not sure but I think this might be a bug. I've just discovered that in the VbP study, if you set it to Multiple Profiles Based on Fixed Time, a draw mode of "POC, VAH, VAL, VWAP Lines Only", and set it to extend the value area until intersection, the VAs do not extend past the session. As long as you display Volume Profiles, then they do extend. Are they not supposed to extend in this mode for some reason? I wanted only the VAH and VAL extension lines and not the profiles. |

This is normal behavior. These lines do not extend: draw mode of "POC, VAH, VAL, VWAP Lines Only",

OK, good to know. Since the option is labeled "Extend Value Area" it seemed reasonable that the VAL and VAH lines would extend as well. But now I know and will work with it.
