when you check screenshot of volume based chart,it shows level 2 data which pointed by arrow below of price is ask level 2 data instead of bid level 2 data

Turn off the option in the Market Depth Historical Graph for Extend Last Known Depth. Then see what the data looks like. Most likely you are missing data during that time and therefore it was extending the last known depth forward.
