I paid $10 to use a new instance - is it a new rule?

Dear Sir or Madam, This morning I was unable to use NEW INSTANCE on SierraCharts version 5. I had to follow: HELP/Account Control Panel. I signed a few new agreements there and at the end I had to pay a minimum o $10. What is the fee for? Is it a new rule that in order to use NEW INSTANCE I need to pay a fee? I hope this is not the case. If I am right please provide me with instruction what shall I do in order to open a NEW INSTANCE? If fee applies, please provide me with information how much is it per month for 3 NEW INSTANCEs. Kind regards, Arek Okrasa |
