Hello, I have a pending order in SC but it is not allowed to be canceled in any way, this is the log message: Order cancellation failed | SC Futures Order Routing / Data order update (Order cancel reject). Info: Order cancellation failed | Still awaiting acknowledgment of new order. Unable to cancel order. Text: Parent order. Tag: JCGO.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 160. Service Order ID: 1855351. Symbol: MESU20_FUT_CME. Account: AC130494 | 2020-07-07 12: 22: 25.969 * In AMP informs me we do not see any work order but you see in your chart, contact support bord SC. I appreciate your help. |

This would indicate the order was not acknowledged by TT and was not processed by TT. This would be a TT issue. We will make sure that order is cleared at the end of the day.

Ok, if the price reaches the pending order is activated?, I am concerned that there is no stop and can not be put?

In all of our experience when this has happened a few times in the past, the order just was never processed by TT. It is a nonworking order.
