cannot log in twice to rithmic

As a non- professional trader, I should be able to run two software logins to rithmic, (including two Sierra Charts), on the same computer. When I try to do this, my first software gets kicked off and I am left with only one software having the live feed. I easily had both feeds a couple of months ago, I had both - what gives? Have filled out all the forms for non- professional trader with Sierra Charts and rithmic. Please advise. My clearing broker is Amp Futures and my email is **.

You need to discontinue use of Rithmic.
