Dear SC customer service reps, I'm currently subscribing to service package #5 and I'd like to add the live time data as I will be trading on Euro stock index future 50, German Bund/Bobl, and spreads. My mentor informed me that the additional subscription to live time date would include all these. Please kindly confirm. Also, I was told there's a first time free trial for 30 days free. If that is so, please have the additional service activated exactly on July 1st, 2020. Your assistance to this is highly appreciated. Thank you so much. Sincerely, Ted C. |

Dear SC reps, Sorry, it's not EUREX spreads but the metal spreads such as copper spreads. I was told the live data feed would include all kind spreads' data. Is that right? Pls kindly advise again. Thank you. Sincerely, |

We are not aware that EUREX has those spreads. The EUREX data feed Sierra Chart has does not provide this data.
