Hi, Since updating to SC version 2125 a few days ago, I've noticed gaps in charts for futures symbols GC, DAX, CL with data from Interactivebrokers. This occurs when SC is launched and sometimes after "Delete and Download Data" was executed. The "Delete and Download Data" action seems to be taking much longer than usual. IB forex crosses such as USD/AUD is OK. Charts with data from Denali Exchange are OK. Can you pls advise? Thanks. |

We do not give support for Interactive Brokers Data issues. You would need to ask them about this. You will need to use the Sierra Chart data feeds for market data for those other exchanges. Refer to: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart The "Delete and Download Data" action seems to be taking much longer than usual. Yes the Interactive Brokers system is very slow.
