[Programming Help] - ALL MY CHARTBOOK DISAPPEARED

Hi, I use sierra chart on a trading simulation account for a month now and at first, it was hard to build my chartbook has I wanted to but I came through. After that all was fine but today without any explication my account just close in a trading session and when I re-open it I had an error message who said that any data was unavailable, all my chartbook was gone and even my account name and password who was saved in disappeared So I tried to re-download it from my saving but it doesn't work.. How does that it possible and how can I get it back without doing all once again? And also avoid this kind of issue for the future. thanks
