Hi, When adding a study collection button to the control bar and then clicking on "customize button", sierra Charts remains unresponsive. When opening the windows task manager, SC shows very high power usage and remains blocked with that status. The progam freezes. Can you fix that ? Is there a way to kill the process causing this without having to terminate the program thru the windows task manager ? Thank you |

The problem related to this must be with your own system and based upon another post you are having, you definitely have some issues apparently related to running out of memory. This is not a Sierra Chart issue at all. We recommend using the 64-bit version of Sierra Chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. If migrating to the 64 bits version, is there a way to migrate as well all my chartbooks, control bars, study collections and tools settings so i dont have to do all of this again? It would take too long to recreate everything again Thanks. |

Those will all be there just as they are now. You will not see any difference when using the 64-bit version versus the 32-bit. You will not need to redo anything. You just simply run the 64-bit version: Software Download: Difference Between 32 and 64-bit Versions Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
