I paid for package 3 and I get no data
i paid and the chart not go to conect its stay offoline
its tell me this sc all date not include on the package
i using demo acc and i dont wanna open real acc yet
i need more time in demo
so i I paid for package 3 and i dident get anything
I couldn't connect
please help me

In order to get the CME Group data, you will have to pay for it, either from us or from your trading service.

The first thing you need to understand, however, is that in order to qualify as a Non-Professional for the CME Group and get the non-professional exchange fees, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart. What Broker/FCM do you use for your trading account? You need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to that service in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees from the CME. Once we know what service you are using, then we can point you to the proper instructions to connect.
