I paid for package 3 and I get no data i paid and the chart not go to conect its stay offoline its tell me this sc all date not include on the package i using demo acc and i dont wanna open real acc yet i need more time in demo so i I paid for package 3 and i dident get anything I couldn't connect please help me ty daniel ben ami |

In order to get the CME Group data, you will have to pay for it, either from us or from your trading service. What Broker/FCM do you use for your trading account? You need to setup your Sierra Chart to connect to that service in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees from the CME. Once we know what service you are using, then we can point you to the proper instructions to connect.
