Hi, I purchased package 5 through AMP and have tried setting up the Denali Data feed numerous times. However, upon opening Sierra Chart, I receive the message (Enabled for: Delayed Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. | 2020-06-23 20:27:15.403). Data provided is, obviously, delayed by 10 minutes. On Sierra Chart's website, I go to "activate services" (see attached) and click "activate/deactivate denali exchange data feed exchanges" (see attached). I have consulted documentation provided on Sierra Charts, of course, I may have overlooked something. Please see attached Trade/Data Service Settings. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks! |
