Please advise how to enable futures and Equity data from CQG; Currently futures login using transact, by some reason message board is producing an error message as Invalid Account Name and Password, Connection setting is using TransactWS setup. Trasact is my futures broker and order routing should be done to them. Please advise how to address this one. |

You already have the Sierra Chart US equities data feed from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Are you having any problem with that? And for futures data you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed We cannot help you with CQG. That is not within the scope of our support. by some reason message board is producing an error message as Invalid Account Name and Password, How are you logging into the Support Board? Use Help >> Support Board from within Sierra Chart.
