Ok Guys If you can please help me with the following. As of tomorrow I would like 2 complete CME packages. Right now I have 3 separate exchanges so I would like to cancel that and go with the 2 full CME. Please advise me what I need to do so I dont get charged for the current configuration. You guys also said you would set up the 2nd exchange for me. Thank You Rob |

We have gone ahead and "Deactivated" the exchanges for you. You will still have data through the end of the day today. When you get on your computer tomorrow morning, you will need to go to the Exchanges section of the Denali Exchange Data Feed and "Activate" the exchanges that you want. You can access the page here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges You can also set the option for 2 systems on that same page, if you want. First Activate the exchanges, then set the Number of Systems to 2 Systems. Just let us know if you still want/need us to take care of it for you. And be sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the costs for 2x the costs of the data feeds that you activate in order to be able to activate the 2nd computer. I just put money in my account. I can do it myself.. it shouldn't be too difficult? So my 1 Denali feed will work simultaneously on both instances? Thank you |

When you have everything setup and you have 2 systems selected, then yes, your Denali Exchange Data Feed will work on two computers at the same time.
