I am currently using "Study Subgraphs Difference" to determine the spread of NQ (Ask - Bid). The difference of this calculation is the spread between the ask and bid in points. How do I convert this difference to ticks?

Try change "Value format" in the settings of this study

I did have the 1 as the value format and still shows the decimal when I display using Text Display for Study

So do the same with the value format in the Text Display for Study. This is usually done in the study that is at the end of all the studies used Study diff -> Study tick -> Text Display .. Value Format change
