I am seeing a recurring problem downloading historical data into sub-instances. I use a server instance of SC to connect to denali, then feed everything else directly or indirectly from this. 1) Server Instance -> Child Instance : often historical data has to be triggered using 'delete and download data' 2) Server Instance -> Child Instance -> Child of Child Instance : 'delete and download data' does not trigger downloading of historical data 'Child Instances' are configured manually to connect to the server instance 'Child of Child Instances' are created using 'File' -> 'New Instance' command This setup worked previously, very reliably, but does not any longer. Is there now some setting that needs to be changed to make this work again? I have zero problem with intraday data, this is still working very well. |
