Hello there,

In order to trade the YM and E6, which renting package do you recommend?

Service Package 3 - Standard or Service Package 5 - Advanced?

Also, what's the difference between these two?

Much thanks,
Alexandre

Hello there,

I'd like to open a futures account with Interactive Broker Canada but I don't think I can use Sierra in order to place my orders, correct? I will have to use their platform. Now, I don't mind using their platform in order to place my orders but I'd like to keep my Sierra charts because I'm using a special software in it.

So my question is :''Is it possible to get realtime data from Sierra even know I don't trade through the platform? If so, how much is it for the realtime data and how much is it to get CBOT and CME markets?

Regards,
Alexandre

First of all, you can trade with Interactive Brokers through Sierra Chart. Refer to the information here:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service

If you will be connecting to your Interactive Brokers account and you are not considered a Professional by the CME Group, then you will qualify for the lower-priced CME Fees.

You will then need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the real-time and historical futures data. Refer to the information on the following page, and note the pricing for the Data Feed itself and for the exchanges on this page:

Hello there,

I already paid a Service Package 3 - Standard (delayed 70.2 USD) for the next 3 months. I might open an account with IronBeam next week. What do I need to do in order to get realtime data of the YM and trade directly from the platform? Do i need to also paid the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the real-time and historical futures data or I'm good to go?

Regards,
Alexandre

On which trading services will Iron Beam setup your account?

You might be able to use the data provided by the Trading Service.

If you want to use the Denali Data Feed, please refer to the setup instructions here:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

The Data Feed is free for the 1st Calendar month it is activated in.

Hello there,

I'm not sure I understand the following question :''On which trading services will Iron Beam setup your account? '' Are you refering to CQG?

Also, is there a difference between Denali Data Feed and another data feed?

Lastly, I'd like to buy another brand new computer, once I'll download the Sierra chart program, what do I need to do in order to get the same delayed charts that I'm using right now on my old computer?

Regards,
Alexandre

Are you refering to CQG?
If your trading account is set up on CQG, yes we are.

In this case follow the set up instructions here:

For the advantages of using the Denali data exchange data feed, which can also be used with CQG, refer to:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

Hello there,

What do I need to do in order to get real time data for emini futures and micro emini futures : ES, NQ, YM, RTY + MES, MNQ, MYM, MRTY.

I don't want to open an account right now, just want to have access to live realtime data.

In order to get real-time data from the CME Group at the much lower, non-professional exchange rate, the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software at least once a month for verification. Refer to the following for more information:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

As such, if you want real-time data without a trading account, then you would need to pay for the "Professional" exchanges, which are noted as "Professional or those without a Trading Account". You will find the prices for the exchanges at the following link:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Supported Exchanges (Exchange Fees)

If you want to open a trading account for a minimum outlay of funds ($100-$200) in order to get the real-time data, then refer to the services outlined at the following link:

Professional is way to expensive. What about a 10-15 minute delay data. How much is it?

The Delayed Streaming data is free with any Sierra Chart package. It gives you access to date from the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView with a 10-15 minute delay (depending on exchange). Refer to the information here:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

And yes, you can use the Delayed Streaming data in combination with the Simulation mode within Sierra Chart as well as our Simulated Futures Trading Service. Refer to the information for the simulated trading service here:
Simulated Futures Trading Service

Hello there,

What do I need to do in order to get a 10 minute delayed data for emini futures and micro emini futures : ES, NQ, YM, RTY + MES, MNQ, MYM, MRTY?

Do i only need to subscribe to service package 10 (Denali Exchange Data Feed) at $36.00 / month? I used to have a delayed data for U.S. stocks but I don't want it anymore; only emini futures now.

Regards,
A

In order to get the Delayed Streaming Data you can be on any package. If you do not need any of the Advanced Features, like Numbers Bars and TPO Charts, then we recommend using package 3, otherwise use Package 5.

The Delayed Streaming Data is available for data from the CME Group, EUREX, CFE, and NASDAQ TotalView. Refer to the information at the following link:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

Hello there,

If I pay $26.00 for package 3, will I have to pay another $26.00 to renew my monthly payment on June 1st? Or, I be good until June 26?

Regards,
A

The service packages renew on a 31 day cycle based on when you activate the package. So if you activate today (May 26, 2022) you will have service through June 25, 2022.

It is just the exchange fees that are paid in full for the month regardless of when you activate them, and they renew on the first day of each month.

So how much is the exchange fees for the delayed data for futures? In other words, how much do I need to pay If I take the service package #3 for a month?

A
