Format: IF(Condition, TrueValue, FalseValue)
a simple =if(A1>A2,1,0) give invalid formula
Evaluates the condition and returns the TrueValue if the condition evaluates to TRUE or the FalseValue if it evaluates to FALSE. |

Rather than the comma delimiter you probably need to use a semicolon delimiter based upon your region.
