The Ask price is not updating on my charts. Just happened today and I have never seen this before. I upgraded to 2115 over the weekend. On ESm the Ask is stuck at 3165. I tried a delete and re-download data which fixed all the closed bars but the current open bar still registers as 3165. Screen shot attached. Yellow line is the Bid and Ask lines study. The Bid price is updating completely fine. Please help! |

This is resolved. And also next time login with your active account: Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.
