Historical daily bar chart data missing

Dear Sir. I am not able to get the access to any historical daily bar charts since the 29th of May,I was try to re-downlaod those missing data via “Edit“ function, but the problems are not resolved, I am with Rithmic and switching to SC data routing services at this stage.please help.
