my data from Denalli does not match anyone elses data using the same charts as I am

I use sierra chart, and subscribe to Denali for data and CQG for execution, however none of my data for delta or zigzag waves seems to be comming from Denali, instead it seems to be CQG data, how do I resolve the issue so I am seeing the denali data but executing on CQG? [M] confirms that the data is coming from the Denali data feed. 1. Set Sierra Chart to a Tick by Tick Data Configuration. Follow the instructions here to do this: Tick by Tick Data Configuration 2. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
