Sierra Won't open on VPS

Dear support, I already run sierra without any issues on my local machine but can't run on VPS. I just setup Vultr VPS with the following settings: CPU: 2 vCore RAM: 4096 MB Storage: 80 GB SSD OS: Windows 2016 When I click to open sierrachart nothing happens. It also doesn't show up in task manager under processes. Here's what I've already tried: 1. Run as administrator 2. Run in different compatibility modes 3. Disable antivirus and firewall 4. Install Sierra from different versions via the zip downloads 5. Download sierra both as zip and via the sierra download - When I click on the sierrachartfiledownload I get the same result - nothing happens and doesn't show up under processes in task manager. 6. restart the machine. I downloaded another software on the same machine and it worked without issues but not sure why sierra won't open. please let me know how to resolve. thank you! |

Check the Windows operating system Event Viewer and see if there is an error indicating what the problem is.
