I am a AMP client currently connecting with CQG WebAPI. I only trade the minis and i also use simulated trade functions. Is there a way to get SP500 index real time data?

Based on the link you provided I found the following Indexes:

SPX500 | S&P 500 Index
- the closing price for today 6/6/2020 was showing at 3188.98 but it should have been 3193.93

$INX | S&P 500 Index - S&P Indices
- gives the message "Symbol is unknown"

$SPX | S&P 500 Index - CBOE Indices
- gives the message "Symbol is unknown"

X.US.SPC5 | SP 500 Index
- gives the message "Symbol is unknown"

Would you kindly explain to me what the differences are and how much they cost? Since I am connecting with CQG, should I be able to receive X.US.SPC5 since it is under the category of "CQG Indexes"

Thank you

We do not provide technical help for CQG market data.

$INX | S&P 500 Index - S&P Indices
- gives the message "Symbol is unknown"
This is the right symbol but to access the real-time data you do have to subscribe to it:

The instructions also explain how to access historical data.
