Hi I'm getting a connection error. I have a data feed thru Rithmic but I'm
not able to get a connection. Pleas let me know the problem. Thanks.

Hi I followed that thread now Im getting this message.

Connection error message from service. Rithmic Trading Error running DTC server program/Sierra chartv2/Rim/DTCBrigdge.exe.
Rithmic bridge needs installing. To obtain bridge files. go to. It sends me to the same thread that didn't work.
Do you have any other suggestions?

Did you do the following:
1. Use the .zip file in that thread to copy the files to your system
2. Create a file named "Rim" under the top level Sierra Chart directory if it did not already exist.
2. Open the .zip and copy the files from it into the folder named "Rim" that you either just created or was already there.
3. Select the option to Replace the files that were already in that directory

Yes we will need to have a remote assistance call to help you install the files. We have been extremely busy and we just are not able to get to this quickly. We also have discontinued support for Rithmic. Support for Rithmic has been discontinued for more than six months now.

It's thru Earn 2 Trade. I'm not sure who there broker is. Trust me I wish these companies didn't use Rithmic.

Thanks for getting me set up. I noticed there is no Data at Bid or Ask on the Dom. Also my hotkeys don't work with dom or chart trading. I can only click on the Dom or the trade window. Does the data have to do with the rule changes? Hot key stuff is bizarre. Any idea what's going on?

As to the "hotkeys", the most likely situation is simply that you do not have the option for Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled. Refer to the information here:

Thanks for your feedback. My data is fine now however all my hotkeys were erased (order entry/drawing tools). So I'm
re mapping them now. Any clue what could of happened here.
